(1) If you use our products as a consumer, you can revoke the contract concluded between us as follows:

You can revoke your contractual declaration within 14 days without giving reasons in text form (e.g. letter, email). The period begins after receipt of this instruction in text form, but not before conclusion of the contract and also not before fulfillment of our information obligations according to Article 246 § 2 in conjunction with § 1 paragraphs 1 and 2 EGBGB and our obligations according to § 312 e paragraph 1 sentence 1 BGB in conjunction with Article 246 § 3 EGBGB. To comply with the cancellation period, it is sufficient to send the cancellation in good time.

(3) consequences of revocation
If you effectively cancel the contract or individual bookings, we will refund all payments that we have received from you in connection with the cancelled service/booking promptly and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received notification of your cancellation of this contract. Under no circumstances will you be charged any fees for this refund.
Special information on the non-existence or expiry of your right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not exist and the contract cannot be revoked
· for contracts for the delivery of products that are not prefabricated and for whose production an individual selection or determination by you is decisive or which are clearly tailored to your personal needs;
The right of withdrawal also expires prematurely
· in the case of contracts for the supply of sealed goods which, for reasons of health protection or hygiene, are not suitable for return once their seal has been removed after delivery.
